1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Villa Amore's services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Booking and Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability. A deposit may be required to confirm your reservation. Full payment is typically due 30 days before your arrival date.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 60 days before arrival will receive a full refund minus a processing fee. Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival are non-refundable.

Inaugural 2026 Note: Guests booking with the 30% discount are subject to the same cancellation terms.

4. Check-In & Check-Out

Check-In:

From 3:00 PM
Early check-in upon request and depending on availability

Check-Out:

By 11:30 AM
Late check-out may be available (fee may apply)

5. Cleaning & Housekeeping

Included Services:

Towels and linens provided
Cleaning and linen change every 3 days

Optional Services:

Daily cleaning upon request (additional fee)
Additional towel or linen changes available on request

Guests are asked to maintain the apartment in a respectful manner during their stay

6. Damage, Loss & Guest Responsibility

To protect our historic property:

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the villa, furnishings, or property during their stay.
Any missing or broken items may be charged at replacement value.
Please report damage immediately so we can address it promptly and professionally.

We appreciate gentle, respectful use of this 400-year-old home.

7. Occupancy Limits

Each room or apartment has a maximum capacity listed at the time of booking.
Exceeding the occupancy limit without approval may result in additional charges or cancellation of the reservation.

Visitors who are not staying at the villa must be approved by the hosts.

8. Noise & Respect for the Property

Villa Amore is a place of relaxation. To maintain this atmosphere:

Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM
Parties and loud gatherings are not permitted unless arranged as official events
Please respect the serenity of other guests and the surrounding community

9. Smoking, Alcohol & Substances

Smoking is not permitted indoors
Outdoor smoking must be done in designated areas
Illegal substances are strictly prohibited on the property
Alcohol may be consumed responsibly; guests are accountable for their behavior

10. Pets Policy

Pets must be approved in advance
Guests are responsible for any damages caused by approved pets

11. Guest - Safety & Personal Belongings

Villa Amore is not responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or injury sustained during your stay.

12. Parking

Private parking is available free of charge
Villa Amore is not responsible for vehicle damage, theft, or loss

13. Use of Facilities

Guests have access to:

Gardens and outdoor spaces
Common areas
Shared terraces
Outdoor seating and relaxation areas

For safety and preservation of the historic property:

Statues and historic elements must not be touched or climbed
Please keep to designated paths in the gardens

14. Events & Special Occasions

Events such as weddings, workshops, retreats, or group gatherings must be approved in advance. Additional fees, event contracts, and insurance requirements may apply.

Unauthorized events are not permitted.

15. Photography & Filming

Casual guest photography is welcome.

Professional photography, content creation, or commercial filming must be approved in advance and may involve permit fees.

16. Environmental Considerations

To protect our historic villa and the environment:

Please conserve water and electricity when possible
Air conditioning should not run when windows are open
Towels should be reused when possible to reduce environmental impact

17. Force Majeure Clause

Villa Amore is not liable for:

Events beyond our control (strikes, natural disasters, pandemics, etc.)
Travel disruptions or cancellations

In such cases, we will work with guests to reschedule when possible.

18. Acceptance of Policies

By booking a stay, guests acknowledge and accept all policies listed on this page. These policies ensure a respectful, safe, and memorable experience for everyone.
